Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NAIGRINS! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to get your NAIGRINS products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Standard Shipping Time: 7 to 9 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 11 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).

  • Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping on orders over $39. For orders under $39, a flat shipping rate applies and will be clearly calculated at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. NAIGRINS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at service@naigrins.com. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

NAIGRINS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it:

  1. Please check around your property, with neighbors, or your leasing office.

  2. Wait 1-2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" prematurely.

  3. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. While NAIGRINS is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to assist you in the claim process.
