What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

2. Choosing the Right Tool

NAIGRINS has the QUIET-X, TORQUE-X, and a Full-Metal Clipper. Which one is right for my dog?

It depends on your pet's anxiety level and your grooming routine! Here is a quick guide:

QUIET-X (<20dB, quieter than whisper): Choose this if your dog is terrified of noise, vibrates, or has past grooming trauma. It’s the ultimate calming tool with our DeepHum™ technology and extreme silence.

TORQUE-X (30-35dB): Choose this if your dog is generally calm during grooming but has very thick, hard nails. It focuses on heavy-duty, maximum-efficiency grinding to get the job done fast.

Premium Full-Metal Clipper: Choose this for instant length reduction. Pro groomers often use our sharp clipper first to cut off the long tip, and then follow up with the QUIET-X or TORQUE-X to smooth the edges and safely recede the quick.

I have a multi-pet home (a cat and a large dog). Do I need to buy different tools?

Not at all! Both our QUIET-X and TORQUE-X grinders feature a 3-Port Safety Guard and 7 Speed Settings. You can use Level 1-2 with the small port for your kitten's delicate claws, and dial up to Level 6-7 with the open port for your large dog’s thick nails. One tool covers the whole family.

But considering the cat is very sensitive to noise, it is suggested to use the QUIET X.
